Manage payment methods

Drome takes card payments through Stripe. You manage your saved cards on the Payment methods page of the dashboard.

Add a card#

1. Go to Payment methods.
2. Click Add Card.
3. Enter your card details.
4. Click Add Payment Method.

A card you add becomes your default card. Drome also switches your active plans to it and tries to pay any outstanding invoice with it. If that payment can't be collected, you'll see a message saying so.

You can also add a card while you subscribe. In the subscribe window, enter a new card, or click Manage payment methods to go to this page.

Change your default card#

Your default card pays for every plan renewal.

1. Go to Payment methods.
2. On the card you want to use, click Make Default.

The card is marked Default. Your active plans switch to it, and any outstanding invoice is retried with it. This is the quickest way to fix a failed payment.

Remove a card#

1. Go to Payment methods.
2. On the card, click the delete icon.

Card details#

Each card shows its last four digits, expiry date and brand. Drome doesn't store your full card number; Stripe holds it.
