Export or delete your account

You can download a copy of your Drome data at any time, or permanently delete your account. Both options are at the bottom of the Account page of the dashboard.

Download your data#

1. Go to Account.
2. Under Your data, click Download your data.

Your browser downloads a JSON file named like drome-account-2026-01-31.json, using the date of the export. It contains:

• Your account details
• Your sites, with their settings and pages
• Links to your media and logos
• Your custom domains
• Your subscription history

The file links to your images, video and 3D files; it doesn't contain the files themselves. If you want to keep them, download them from those links before you delete your account.

You can download your data up to 10 times an hour.

Delete your account#

1. Go to Account.
2. Under Delete account, click Delete account.
3. Type your account email address exactly as shown.
4. Click Delete account permanently.

When deletion finishes, you're signed out and taken to the Drome home page. Your published sites go offline.

If you want a copy of your data, download it before you delete your account.

If deletion doesn't finish#

• "Type your account email exactly to confirm.": the address you typed doesn't match your account email. Check it and try again.
• "We couldn't finish deleting your account.": try again. If it keeps failing, contact support.
